Students need the following to graduate high school:
Grade 10: (5 courses, 24 credits total) English (Language Arts) Math Physical Health Education Science Social Studies Career Life Education (CLE) Grade 11: (4 courses, 16 credits total) English (Language Arts) a Math a Science a Social Studies (can be grade 12 level) Grade 12: (2 courses, 8 credits total) English (Language Arts) Career Life Connections (CLC) Grade 10 - 12 Required Courses a Fine Arts or Applied Skill A |
Graduation Facts and Requirements1. Students are required to complete 80 credits total to graduate.
2. Students must fill the remaining 28 credits with courses that are suitable to their values, skills and interests. Many students will look at admissions requirements for certain post-secondary (university and college) programs and plan their courses accordingly. 3. Students do not require a language to graduate. That said, many universities and programs require a language in their admissions requirements. 4.
